About Bethany

Bethany is a Conveyancing Executive at Holden Smith. She joined the firm in 2022 as a Conveyancing Assistant.

Bethany takes on a wide variety of residential conveyancing work, including:

  • Freehold Sale,

  • Purchase,

  • Remortgage & Transfers of Equity. Including those subject to a Management Company.

Bethany is currently studying alongside her employment to complete her level 4. Following the completion of the course, she will then move on to level 6 with the hope of becoming a Licensed Conveyancer.
